The IUS Faculty of Law (FLW) invites you to a lecture titled "Mediation – Is It Worth Pursuing a Consensual Solution in Criminal Cases?".The guest speaker is Dr. Grzegorz Skrobotowicz, Associate Professor at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Poland.The lecture will introduce students to the concept of mediation in criminal matters, highlighting its prospects and challenges within criminal proceedings.
