The students of the Faculty of Law were afforded the opportunity to attend a recent addition to the FLW Public Lecture Series, delivered by Mr. Harun Lozo, MA, Attorney at Law.
The lecture, entitled "Geographical Indications: Trends in the EU and the Situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina," provided a comprehensive overview of the historical development of the need to protect geographical indications of origin. In addition to exploring various methods of protection, the lecture also presented legislative framework, practical examples, and judicial practices.
