The Investor-State Dispute Settlement in the Western Balkans

Ms. Brodlija is a specialist in ADR and international commercial arbitration. She was a participant and coach at WIllem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot for the team of the Sarajevo Law School. She was a member of Association ARBITRI and held practical workshops for the arbitrators of the B&H Arbitration Court with the Foreign Trade Chamber. During her education at Pittsburgh Law School LL.M. program, she participated in the LL.M. Oi and Gas Arbitration competition where her team made it to the quarter finals in a highly competitive event.
