FLW students attended a lecture at the Municipal Court of Sarajevo
Students of the IUS Faculty of Law (FLW), within the Execution and Bankruptcy Law course, attended a lecture last week at the Municipal Court of Sarajevo.
Accompanied by Prof. Dr. Kenan Ademović and hosted by Honorable Judge Nenad Banduka, they were presented with an informative lecture about the practical insights of the execution procedure, as well as the challenges and solutions in the enforcement of judicial decisions.
We thank our host and look forward to new visits to the Municipal Court of Sarajevo in the future!
