Written Arguments Training Completed by FLW Vis Moot Court Team

The Vis Moot team of the International University of Sarajevo participated in the Written Arguments Training, sponsored by the US State Department's Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) and supported by the Association ARBITRI.

The training took place in Mostar from 20 to 25 October, with participants from five universities from Bosnia and Herzegovina attending in person, and teams from Kosovo, Georgia and Saudi Arabia participated online.

Faculty of Law Welcomes Visiting Professor Dr. Sci. Grzegorz Skrobotowicz, John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Poland

Dr. sci. Grzegorz Skrobotowicz, Assistant Professor at Faculty of Law, Canon Law, and Administration of The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin visited the Faculty of Law of the International University of Sarajevo, within Erasmus+ exchange.

The exchange took place from 11-15 October 2021. During his stay at the Faculty, Prof. Skrobotowicz held lectures on Mediation in Criminal Law, which is the object of his professional expertise, and shared Polish experience in its application.

Summary of the Twelfth day of Summer School on International Abitration

On September 25, following a successful two-week Summer School on International Arbitration, the participants had the opportunity to learn about the Vis Moot program. The panel titled "The Vis Moot Programme - More than a Competition" took place on 25 September and gathered former Vis Moot Participants, who are now working in the biggest international law firms. The panel was moderated by Fahira Brodlija (IUS) and included Arnela Maglić (Knoetzl), Medisa Fočić (IUS), Augusto Garcia (Wilmer Hale) and Muhamed Tulić (Wilmer Hale).
