Today, on 12th September, attendees of SS on Arbitration had the chance of participating in two lectures.
The first lecture was titled “A brave new world – technology in international arbitration and online hearings (the legal and practical implications of the increasing use of technology in international arbitration)” by Dr. Alessandra Guida, Queen's University Belfast.
The second lecture was delivered by our Professor Dr. Khaled Khwaileh of International University of Sarajevo.
His lecture was titled: “The contours of the arbitral proceedings (the applicable rules and laws governing arbitral proceedings, the powers of the arbitral tribunal, and the common phases of the proceedings)”.
Thank you to Professor Guida and Prof. Kwaileh for their distinguished and thought provoking lectures, as well as inclusive presentation with practical assignments for participants.
