Summary of fourth day of IUS FLW Summer School on International Arbitration

Today, on 13th September, attendees of the Summer School on Arbitration had the chance of participating in two lectures.

The first lecture was titled “Investment arbitration (nature and source of law in investment arbitration, differences from commercial arbitration, case studies)” by Prof. Dr Kabir Duggal, Columbia Law School and Fordham Law School.

The second lecture was delivered by Professor Dr. Zlatan Meškić of Prince Sultan University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

His lecture was titled: “The CISG in the Western Balkans – A look back at past practice and experiences, and future prospects”
