Summary of fifth day of IUS FLW Summer School on International Arbitration
On 14th September, attendees of SS on Arbitration had the chance of participating in two lectures.
First lecture was titled “International Arbitration (scope of the CISG, overview of some prominent cases involving the CISG)”.
This delightful lecture was delivered by Dr. Nevena Jevremović, Lecturer at Faculty of Law, University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
Second lecture held was titled “Corruption in the Arbitration” by Dr. Boris Praštalo, Lecturer at Faculty of Law of Brunel University, London.
