On Wednesday, February 4, 2026, the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Labor and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, establishing a framework for stronger institutional collaboration and the implementation of joint initiatives.

The International University of Sarajevo (IUS) proudly hosted its Rector’s Honor List Ceremony, celebrating students whose dedication and academic performance distinguished them during the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 academic years. The event brought together students, faculty members, and university leadership in a warm and inspiring atmosphere dedicated to recognizing excellence, perseverance, and the values behind success.

On Wednesday, January 21, 2026, the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) Faculty of Law (FLW) hosted a session withing the IUS Winter School “Show and Tell” titled “All You Need to Know About Studying at the Faculty of Law,” welcoming prospective students interested in legal studies and university life at IUS.

Students of the Faculty of Law (FLW) at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) conducted a study visit to the Faculty of Islamic Sciences of the University of Sarajevo (FIN UNSA) on Friday, January 9, 2026, as part of the Philosophy of Law course. The visit was organized within FLW’s ongoing efforts to strengthen peer-to-peer and faculty-level cooperation between the two institutions.

As part of the teaching activities within the General Theory of State course, students of the Faculty of Law (FLW) at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) paid an educational visit to the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, held at the House of the Armed Forces of BiH on December 19, 2025. The visit was organized under the guidance of Assistant Professor Dr. Mirza Ljubović.

On Friday, December 5, 2025, the Faculty of Law (FLW) at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) proudly held its Dean’s Honor List Ceremony, dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the outstanding academic achievements of its top-performing students.

Assistant Professor Dr. Mirza Ljubović and Assistant Professor Dr. Harun Halilović from the IUS Faculty of Law (FLW) recently represented the International University of Sarajevo at the international conference “The Dayton Agreement at 30: Legal Reflections, Politics of Fragmentation, and the Future of Peacebuilding,” held on November 27–28, 2025 at Istanbul University.

On Thursday, December 4, 2025, students of the Faculty of Law (FLW) at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS), accompanied by Dr. Arben Murtezić, paid an educational visit to Sarajevo City Hall, where they were warmly welcomed by the Mayor of the City of Sarajevo, Mr. Samir Avdić, and his Deputy, Mr. Predrag Puharić.
