IUS Law Journal is now open for submissions for its 3rd issue.   IUS Law Journal is a double peer-review online outlet in English, one of a kind in this region, published twice a year. It welcomes original scientific papers that have not been published before and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere from academics, professionals and postgraduate and doctoral students. The journal covers topics from both private and public law, irrespective of legal tradition. Submitted manuscripts review scientific papers, book reviews, conference reports and reports from judicial practice. The submissions will be accepted until March 30, 2023. In addition, Prof. Pettigrew will argue that it is imperative for the High Representative to establish protected national memorials at the sites of former concentration camps and other atrocity sites in Republika Srpska.  You are all cordially invited.

The International University of Sarajevo (IUS) Faculty of Law (FLW) is proud to announce its second Summer School of International Arbitration. The Summer School offers a rich programme that will guide the participants through the fundamental principles of theory and practice of international arbitration, as well as the cutting-edge developments and hot topics in this field. The programme is open for applications to all interested stakeholders: students, academics, practicing lawyers, government officials and entrepreneurs. The Summer School lecturers are world-class experts in arbitration. They either come from or work at the universities and/or law firms in Europe (including Southeast Europe), the United States, Australia, the Philippines and India. Together they bring decades of knowledge and experience that will ensure unique insights and a competitive advantage to the participants.
