''We can clearly discuss of discriminatory practices related to Memorials, which can be characterized as human rights violations. Perpetrators have no shame for what they have done. It's a horrible apartheid that should not be accepted as a measure of our future'' - said Prof. Dr. David Pettigrew. IUS Rector, Prof. Dr. Yücel Oğurlu welcomed distinguished guest in his office after the lecture. During the meeting, Prof. Pettigrew said that he was very pleased to deliver a lecture at IUS as well as visit the University and establish cooperation with the Faculty of Law (FLW) who organized this lecture.
