FLW students visited FBiH Government Office for Legislation and Alignment with the EU Acquis

On March 26, 2024, students of the Faculty of Law accompanied by the Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ena Kazić-Çakar and Asst. Prof. Dr. Mirza Ljubović visited the FBiH Government Office for Legislation and Alignment with the EU Acquis and attended the lecture held by the Director and Deputy Director of the Office, Mr. Željko Silađi and Ms. Elma Tabak. The students had the opportunity to learn about the rules, procedures, and tips for drafting laws and other regulations of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with practical examples. After the presentation, the students were given space to ask questions about the topic. The Faculty of Law extends words of appreciation to the host for a wonderful reception and very interesting lecture which will make the understanding of the theoretical part of the course Legal drafting and writing more efficient.
