Dr. sci. Ena Kazić participated at Fourth European Forum on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law

On Thursday, April 15 2021 our FLW Professor  dr. sci. Ena Kazić, was an invited speaker at Fourth European Forum on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law "Time for individual, national and global solidarity: Domestic and international human rights norms and COVID-19”, organized by the John Paul the II Catholic University, in Poland.

She presented her paper “Criminal Law and the Pandemics: Brief Overview of Criminal Law Regulation of Crimes Against Health in Bosnia and Herzegovina” in which she presented positive legal regulation of crimes against health related to the pandemic in Bosnia and Herzegovina and current challenges in its application in practice.
