Prof. Dr. David Pettigrew and Prof. Dr. Ena Kazić Çakar delivered a lecture on Transitional Justice and Bosnia and Herzegovina

On March 13, 2024, as part of the FLW Public Lectures Series, Prof. Dr. David Pettigrew from Southern State Connecticut University and Prof. Dr. Ena Kazić Çakar from the Faculty of Law, IUS, delivered a lecture on Transitional Justice and Bosnia and Herzegovina: A Case Study of Sarajevo. During the lecture, the professors discussed the challenges and issues associated with Transitional Justice, highlighted adjudicated cases related to the Sarajevo Region, and explored concepts such as memorialization as a crucial aspect of the Culture of Remembrance and a human right in Sarajevo.
