Lecture on the Law on Bankruptcy Procedure in FBH at the Municipal Court in Sarajevo

On April 14, 2023, FLW students attended a lecture on the Law on Bankruptcy Procedure in FBH, at the Municipal Court in Sarajevo. The opening speech was given by judge Nebojša Joksimović, the President of the Commercial Department of the Court. The lecturer was judge Hakija Zajmović. During the lecture students, accompanied by prof. dr. Kenan Ademović, had the opportunity to acquire new knowledge in the field of bankruptcy proceedings and to hear about the challenges of work with this cases in the practise.

We use the opportunity to thank the Municipalty Court of Sarajevo for organizing this lecture for our students.
