IUS student Ms. Armela Mehdin attends Energy Summit 2022 in Neum, BiH

Faculty of Law student Ms. Armela Mehdin attended the Energy Summit 2022 organized on 26 – 27 March 2022 in Neum, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The summit brought together key domestic, regional, and international actors who discussed much-needed energy sector reform and path of BiH to the clean energy transition.

Ms. Mehdin had a unique opportunity to listen to the speeches given by the British, American, and German ambassadors to Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as UN representatives. Furthermore, she participated in panel discussions about women in the energy sector. While there, Ms. Mehdin received a certificate for completion of the Fellowship Program - Going Green - Effective Climate Change Growth Policies, which she attended last year.
