Educational Visit of IUS Law Students to the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina

As part of the teaching activities within the General Theory of State course, students of the Faculty of Law (FLW) at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) paid an educational visit to the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, held at the House of the Armed Forces of BiH on December 19, 2025. The visit was organized under the guidance of Assistant Professor Dr. Mirza Ljubović.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to gain insight into the work and organizational structure of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, their role in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s accession process to the NATO Alliance, as well as other military and civil activities carried out within their institutional mandate.

The visit included a presentation delivered by Brigadier Suvad Rogo, Head of the Department for Civil–Military Cooperation, with the support of Ms. Jasminka Jažić, Senior Advisor for Scientific and Research Activities at the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ms. Amila Karadža, Senior Professional Associate.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our hosts for their warm hospitality and for providing an exceptionally informative and valuable learning experience for our students.
