Lecture at Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for FLW freshmen students
On Thursday, 4 April, students of course Constitutional Law I attended a dedicated lecture at the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The visit was initiated by Faculty of Law and students were accompanied by Sen. Assist. Hana Šarkinović-Köse. This lecture was organized with the aim of getting students acquainted with the competences, organization and work of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Senior legal advisers Mr Armin Imamović and Mr Franjo Dragičević led the conversation with students on these topics and answered their queries regarding procedures and cases before the Court, as well as its position relative to the European Convention and European Court of Human Rights. We thank the Court official for their hospitality and selfless sharing of experience and knowledge with our youngest students.
