Vis Moot Programı - Yazılı Argümanlar Eğitimi bugün Uluslararası Saraybosna Üniversitesi'nde (IUS) başladı ve ünlü Willem C. Vis Uluslararası Tahkim Moot'a hazırlanan öğrenciler için interaktif bir atölye çalışması sağladı. IUS Hukuk Fakültesi (FLW) ve ARBITRI Derneği ortaklığında düzenlenen bu dört günlük etkinlik (24-27 Ekim 2024), öğrencilerin ikna edici hukuki yazım ve etkili hukuki araştırma becerilerini geliştirmeyi amaçlıyor.

Vis Moot Program - Written Arguments Training

The Vis Moot Program - Written Arguments Training is an interactive workshop for students participating in the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot. This event, organized in collaboration with the IUS Faculty of Law (FLW) and Association ARBITRI, will take place at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) from October 24-27, 2024. In many legal education systems, students often lack comprehensive training in persuasive legal writing and effective legal research. This training aims to address those gaps, offering students a series of exercises and lessons that will help them craft well-structured legal arguments. The Vis Moot not only prepares students for the competition but also equips them for an international legal career. Therefore, it is crucial to enhance their skills and provide them with the tools they need both for the competition and their future professional endeavors. The training will cover key areas such as persuasive legal writing, reviewing legal questions from the Vis Moot Problem, structuring legal arguments, and conducting legal research with a focus on the use of case law in persuasive legal writing. This program is sponsored by the US Department of Commerce, Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) and the US Embassy in Sarajevo, with funding provided by the US Department of State.

FLW Public Lectures Series: Regulating Fake News on Social Media Platforms

IUS Faculty of Law (FLW) is organizing a lecture titled "Regulating Fake News on Social Media Platforms: A Comparative Study in Singapore and Germany with Reference to Least Restrictive Approach". The lecture will be delivered by Assistant Prof. Dr. Prabhpreet Singh, Christ University Lavasa.  The lecture is focused on this comparative analysis which investigates the legislative frameworks implemented by Singapore and Germany to combat the dissemination of fake news, focusing on which method is the least stringent.   You are all cordially invited.

Uluslararası Saraybosna Üniversitesi (IUS), değerli akademik personelinden bazılarının Bosna Hersek Yüksek Öğrenimi Geliştirme ve Kalite Güvencesi Ajansı (HEA) Uzmanlar Listesi'ne dahil edildiğini gururla duyurur.

HEA Ulusal ve Uluslararası Uzmanların Atanması Komitesi, Bosna Hersek'teki yükseköğretim kurumlarının ve eğitim programlarının akreditasyonu için değerlendirme yapan, denetimler gerçekleştiren ve tavsiyelerde bulunan mevcut Uzmanlar Listesini genişletti.

Her beş yılda bir yenilenen bu önemli kurumsal akreditasyon, IUS'un mükemmelliğe olan sarsılmaz bağlılığının ve yükseköğretimde en yüksek kalite güvence standartlarına bağlılığının bir kanıtıdır.
