Summary of second day of Summer School on International Arbitration

Today, students, academic and professional audience of the Summer School had the pleasure of attending the lecture of our Assist. Prof. Dr Boris Praštalo of FLW.

The lecture was titled “Arbitration Agreement”, and Dr Praštalo sought to shed light on the theoretical underpinnings as well as to provide practical advice on drafting arbitration agreements.
